Modern Center Beam Staircase Collaboration

We are very excited to reveal our latest collaboration with the elite Ines Martins Group! The homeowner of this serene penthouse in Miami’s Midtown area was in need of a new stair design to help harmonize with the rest of the home’s Feng Shui. Once the old staircase structure was demolished, a new layout and design was drawn up to enlarge the once cramped foyer. The staircase was fabricated in our sister Factory in Italy, allowing us to manufacture solid wood European oak treads, then later shipped and installed. The center beam structure was painted a matte black to contrast nicely against the lightness of the natural European oak. Clear glass railings allowed translucency of this now open grand entrance, and continued along the second floor guardrails. All glass hardware was selected in a brushed stainless steel finish, adding to the contrast between the material selections. The final product provided the much-needed wow factor to this now serene, grand foyer entrance.
