Within Paul Revere's original copper factory, BLOOM has created a modern take on classic New England dining. Preserving the original brick facades and timber construction, the architecture is an interplay between historic elements and elegant modern interventions. A custom open-flame cooking suite anchors the center of the plan, with a soaring bar / lounge space, and multiple intimate dining areas flanking the perimeter.
