Design of a new 70-seat restaurant in Montreal, in an old train factory. The clients wanted a modern space with an intimate, pleasant and comfortable atmosphere, while still honouring the building’s past. The brick walls, the large exposed beams and the rails on the ceiling were preserved. Raw materials such as steel, wood and concrete harmonize perfectly with the restaurant’s spirit.

Conception nouveau restaurant de 70 places à Montréal, dans une ancienne usine de construction de trains. Le mandat fut de créer un espace moderne, avec une atmosphère intime, agréable et confortable, tout en rendant hommage au passé du bâtiment. Les murs de brique, les larges poutres apparentes et les rails au plafond ont été préservés. Les matières brutes comme l’acier, le bois, le béton s’harmonise parfaitement à l’esprit du restaurant.
