New design and layout of a house located in the Laurentians, with the goal of creating a more cohesive whole that echoes both the environment and the client’s needs. Elements of the pre-existing house were preserved, such as the old wood beams, creating an interesting contrast with the new contemporary look of the space. A large extension now serves as a link between the house and the surrounding nature.

Revalorisation d’une maison située dans les Laurentides avec l’objectif de créer un ensemble plus cohérent et répondant au contexte environnant ainsi qu’aux besoins actuels du client. Des éléments de l’architecture préexistante, notamment les vieilles poutres en bois, ont été préservés dans le nouveau design, créant un contraste intéressant avec le style contemporain de l’espace. Une large extension sert de lien entre la maison et la nature environnante.
