A maximum of 13 tenant spaces were planned the 18,000 s.f. retail shopping center on US Highway 78.   Building feataures include steep pitched roofs with dormers, drive-thru on the east side of the building, gabled roof elements on the front of the building and a clock tower.  All to break up the mass of building.
