Total 54,000 s.f. 2-story interior renovation of existng student center including electtrrical, HVAC and food services.  The scope of work also included a new entry.  The open concept and story story atrium are athe center of enrollment and registration, student services , advising, meeting rooms, lounges, bookstore and food services.
