There is an old grain storage abandonned many years ago located in one area that is going to be reurbanized near Pamplona. This urbanizing project implies the restoration of this old grain storage and building 3 different types of flats (2, 3 or 4 living pieces each flat, making a total of 120) and with the conditioning of projection area less than 30%. The main goal was to keep grain storage's identity and main features as well as keeping the existing concrete pillars separated 4m between each other. This way the different flats are designed according to the main idea of introducing solar light and the possibility of adjusting it into the different interior spaces. This also helps to create one new space: the balcony. To stand out the structure and the distribution towers I built the different flats with steel structure and prefab materials.
