El Arenal-Bilbao is a changing section city where the different places look to each other. It is a city of sensations and movement. Each place is in a different height above the sea, creating a game of exchanging glances in different directions and proportions. the sensations and heights are represented in building's different floors. The plot's location is very importan and strategic with obligations in every side because it si the barycenter of 4 of Bilbao's landmarks: St. Nicolas church, The Nueva Plaza and Arriaga's Theatre. These obligations and the different sightseeings give form to the building which has a Coworking & Coliving programme inside of it for this new kind of society of globalization and its new generation called NewNomads.
