Since its completion, Van Andel Arena has driven more than half a billion dollars in private investment into downtown Grand Rapids. Originally built as an events arena, ROSSETTI renovated the horseshoe bowl to accommodate Grand Rapids' minor league hockey team. A soaring glass façade welcomes the community into the building by bringing the outside in. It now hosts crowds for multi-use events, year round
