A 24,900 sq. ft. full service animal shelter for the City of Palm Springs.  A high-profile civic building, the design incorporated programming elements which required that the city's established 'mid-century modern' aesthetic be reflected in the design.  Prepared discretionary approval documents and supporting 3-D graphics, pre-bidding proposals, value-engineering, and  presentations during city council and community meetings.  City of Palm Springs, owner.
