Rebranding of the current Chaparral Suites into an Embassy Suites.  A $23 million dollar 'refresh' program including renovation of 311 guest rooms, remodel and repurpose public areas, redesign front porte cochere entry sequence into lobby, complete remodel of lobby space, adding a wine tasting room, offices, and outdoor lounge patio.  Complementary breakfast building remodel adding a full pool bar, cook-to-order kitchen, and back of house facilities.  Remodel of the 4th-Floor Grill and bar.
