An 11,000 sq. ft. T.I. event space and custom furniture showroom.  Responsibilities included:  Feasibility analysis of potential properties, assisted in lease negotiation, developed budget outlines, wrote the business plan. Produced schematic, design development, and construction documentation, permit submittal, contractor selection and bid auditing, Construction Administration and closeout.  Headed up FF&E, Space Planning, concept development, and business development.
