A scheme to create a dynamic mixed-use project which will bring life and business to Yiewsley High Street, and increase the public realm adjacent to and overlooking the canal. The proposed building provides office accommodation set at right angles to a wing of apart-hotel units. The design reflects the nature of the surrounding buildings uses.
