All floors in the admin building have central focal point (atrium)in the centre and garden space in the periphery which seamlessly connect to the sky via glass sliding door . The space is typically shaded by the above patio and includes a built-in planter for a feel of landscape in the sky. This semi-open shaded space forms the buffer between the formal spaces to the outside and draws its inspiration from the trational verandah that celebrates TROPICAL ARCHITECTURE

All the office spaces have large floor to ceiling corner glazing that maximize DAYLIGHTING and promotes enlarged views almost to the clouds outside where everything below and small neighbours become a distant blur. The whole building is added with colours which represnt the youthfull life of the campus and acts like a iconic tower of the surrounding.
