Based in the resort of Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic, this project is a design for multi-unit housing on golf course fronted property.
Spanning the scale of urban planning to construction detail, my submittal integrated the golf course landscaping into the interior. This emphasized the situation of the site, while creating a physical and acoustic separation of neighbors within one building. The tactic of mixing environments was used as a site-scale strategy as well: the market of the world outside of the resort is brought within, to create a commercial opportunity; something beneficial for all parts of the stratified demographics I found on the island.
