As part of a NYC based studio, the Council on the Arts and Humanities on Staten Island (COAHSI) worked with our class to create strategies to use existing building on a site at the northern end of the island.

My submission focused on integrating distinct communities of creatives and consumers in a single building renovation. By designing a celebrated stair spanning opposing corners of the building, the mixing of programs is encouraged.
