An interior renovation of 60 square meters apartment in Belgrade luxurious neighborhood was designed as open space. Married couple with no children had desire to redesign the whole residence and made it bigger and more open. It should have been pulled down some walls in apartment and move the plumbing, sawage and heating installations from the kitchen area to made one open space. An ex-kitchen, room, entrance and part of the terace became new living area, and ex-living area was redesigned into the bedroom with wardrobe. Opened kitchen space is conected with living area by wide kitchen work surface, as an island, on which might be sit while the other side might be used for cooking. Bedroom is divided by two identical shelfs and low parapets from the dining table that is, in fact, an extension of the kitchen area. In whole apartment only concrete wall had to be kept and it was used as platform for tv screen in living room.
