Dekleva loft

This apartment is located in Dorćol, downtown area of Belgrade, with its beautiful view in direction to Kalemegdan fortress and park.  Former girl’s apartment had to be renovated in nice quiet place for living of married couple.
In open space of 36 square meters had to be placed living area, dining area, small kitchen, studying area and bedroom area with large room for wardrobe, as well. The only visual barrier in this space is a chimney, that was made in the technique of painting of ‘’ferro battuto’’ ,  around which are formed by different functional areas of the apartment.
Larger part of the area is oriented towards the windows on the roof incline plane, was used for living area with olive-green angular sofa trapezoidal shape and, in the other corner, for the bedroom area with double bed that is separated by column and cabinet with a rotating top surface for the TV.
Kitchenette is for practical reasons, '' hidden'' behind sliding doors that are flush with the sliding closet doors, and everything seems like a closet. The whole apartment is reflected through the sliding door wardrobes which are made of mirrors and thus tip becomes visually larger and brighter. Ladders of stainless steel and wood stair can be moved by rail to the closet for easy use of higher parts.
A small gallery above the bathroom and the entrance of the apartment was used as a wardrobe.
