The exterior of this rehabilitated industrial building, which includes a sizable new roof-top addition, is delineated and unified by a sleek façade of steel gray granite punctuated by eight-foot windows. Mirrored glass lines the recesses rising from the third floor along the edges of the building’s stonework and along that of its immediate neighbors.
