This affordable for-sale residential condominium, occupies three city blocks (4.5 acres). Each block has a unique design centered on a secure courtyard scheme. The project created 265 units and 135 parking spaces.

The units range from 1,050-1,200 SF. Buildings are situated to provide a safe and secure environment for the residents in a neighborhood that, at the time of development, was not considered safe.
Courtyards and façades are rich and textural, with entrances that recall New York City stoops. The street façade, in contrast, takes a minimal approach, using a simple change in the color of the aluminum siding and masonry at the first floor to create interest.
