I made the list...
I can see that my "not wearing pants" movement is starting to catch on due to the fact I am on a list...

yahoo for abracadabra

you should now put the list in:
-no particular order,
-sequential order,
-autobiographical order,
-and may I take your order

I don't know who you are, abracadabra, or why your list should be the rave, but I like that name. It must come from that old tree. <->

abracadabra

'abracadabra' was a mistake. but its okay now.
compiled meaning:
The archetypal voce magica, a magical word. Despite popular myth to the contrary, it is of non-Jewish origin. It has no known semantic meaning. It was used as a charm, written in the shape of a triangle on a piece of parchment worn round the neck, and was believed to have the power to cure toothaches.

Abracadabra, Your Money Is Gone
Associated Press
Thursday, January 30, 2003
BETHLEHEM, Pa. (AP) -- A woman who says she bought magic wands from a self-described psychic to erase negative thoughts says $5,400 of her money was all that disappeared.

dare I poke in here?

I want to say that treekiller has impressed me, too. Thanks for noting what you did about "green" design re: airports. I hate it when architects think they are greening up the place just by gluing on some solar panels to the roof!

next client that pisses me off, i am going to use couple hours of 'their' billable time to update the list.

I think I was here in 12/04, but nobody had gotten to know me yet. I don't think I was even 'rationalist' yet by that point.

Unbelievably, vado retro is not on that list. Course he didn't join until a month later, I think. And hey, neither is WonderK!

I miss instrumentOFaction, not been around lately? And I really miss that cutie garpike. And I really, really miss diabase.

hmmmmm...fortunately for you, mr. cadabra, I joined on 3 days after you started this thread, so my offense is avoided. I will gladly join rationalist, dubK, myriam/aka, vado et al among the ranks of un-named yet appreciated 'relatives' ..........nevertheless, I will take this opportunity to call you out on it, M.Abra. ;-)...

big 2nd on OldFogey...

surely there are others?
they could both probably care less, but I'll add:
the cellardoor whore
and
newstreamlinemodel
to the list.

on Yale.......?

In March and April of this year, the Columbia GSAPP fought many battles in what is now referred to as the War of Fall 2006 Admissions. Rival institutions, mythical beasts, and even abstract concepts were defeated soundly and these victories were chronicled in a series of threads. Yale was destroyed during the initial phases of the war, and reconstruction efforts were thwarted by an insurgency that would just not shut up.

i didnt make abracadabras cut... but im gonna keep trying, and maybe eventually ill say something worth while or funny... though i think le bossman made reference to my name up a bit there, that makes me feel good, though perhaps its because he knows i once worked with a friend of his for 2 weeks.

two headed boy

though i dont know if he/she has said anything i particularly admired or thought bright, refrences to beautiful songs will get you points in my book
