The project site is located on the northeast corner of Ocean Park Boulevard and Second Street, three blocks away from the Pacific Ocean on a 50-foot wide by 130-foot deep sloping lot.  The Santa Monica City Library is located to the west, across Second Street. 

The main entry is located on the southern portion of the site, approximately three quarters of the way along each unit. The stairs are located just inside the entry and lead to either the subterranean garage or the second floor.  All units contain three bedrooms on the first floor, as well as two baths.  

The second floor contains a combined living room and dining room scheme adjacent to the kitchen and bathroom.  A balcony sits just off of the living room, on the south facade of the structure.  The mezzanine is directly above the kitchen and opens to below.  The roof deck is accessible from the mezzanine area allowing for a direct relationship with the ocean view and Santa Monica’s Main Street activity.
