The Thornton Lofts project is a 10-unit condominium development located on Thornton Walk Street in Venice, California. The design is intersected by a wide landscaped beach access way.  The residential portion of the project consists of 10 artist loft spaces which face directly towards the ocean and 2 ground-level commercial spaces fronting Venice Board Walk.   

The current conditions consist of on-grade parking servicing the general public and the commercial spaces.  A subterranean parking garage is an amenity provided to the residential loft space tenants.
