CLIENT RELATIONSHIP
Kluger Architects, Inc. will act as a liaison, guide, designer, and coordinator for your organization from idea inception through project completion. We will assist with each stage of the process and ensure the client’s comfort with the plethora of decisions that must be made.
Kluger Architects, Inc. believes that each staff member should act naturally “facility managers.” We believe, as the occupiers of the spaces, they most likely understand what the project requires. From project inception, Kluger Architects, Inc. encourages a high level of input from these “facility managers” in order to develop a smoothly integrated design solution.
During the initial design programming phase, Kluger Architects, Inc. compiles the guidelines for designing the project from workshops where user groups discuss various needs and requirements. These workshops allow Kluger Architects, Inc. to use diagrams, rough room layouts, and schematic plans for general critique until all members are satisfied with the anticipated design.
COST EFFECTIVE ARCHITECTURE
Our designers are constantly researching the latest design and construction techniques and discovering low cost solutions to produce sophisticated architecture. We will evaluate your organization’s facilities with relevant design aesthetics to assist in reaching a creative solution. Additionally, the project may create an opportunity where the community can learn from the building’s design by incorporating sustainable design principles (e.g. alternative energy, day lighting solutions and natural ventilation systems) into the project’s aesthetics. Implementing creative architectural ideas can improve overall user health and decrease the cost of long-term facility upkeep.

WORKING RELATIONSHIP
We have established strong Consultant relationships that complement each company’s work ethic. During the design process we coordinate the work between all the consultants to best develop the ideas generated in the programming phase into a fully functioning building. Our collaboration creates designs intended to last multiple decades, be cost effective, and uphold each facility’s design principles.
Kluger Architects, Inc. will assist in selecting the best design scheme and develop a series of construction phasing options based upon the project budget, function constraints, and temporary room use coordination. We monitor the potential costs at all significant stages of the project using industry sources to ensure compatibility with budget.
