I work on the initial designs for projects which include meeting with the clients, site visits and information for any special requirement needed for the project site. My deliverables for projects include sketches, design proposals, CDs, clearance approvals, and title 24s. I coordinate closely with the structural engineers, geo tech, and other staff members regarding projects as they progress. My ultimate goal is to get to plan check being able to answer and respond to any comments from the plan checkers, and get the plans to a RTI status.

Responsibilities include meeting and establishing relationships with new and prospective clients, and acquiring on site measurements. Drafting of floor-plans, and working drawing, starting and completing the permit process, providing estimates, and visiting ongoing site plans are some of the task I handle .

Current responsibilities include drafting, working drawings of 3d models, and preparing CNC files. The programs used are primarily AutoCad, Rhino 5, and V-Carve. I work close with the design team and the production to ensure details are correct.

Responsibilities included preparing RFPs, taking on site measurements, and preparing presentation boards. I worked as support or the rest if the office running plans and picking them up, drafting smaller parts of projects for them.

I worked on the redesigns of Facades closely following the direction that the lead architect was going, for the project that the firm had under taken. I used Rhino to 3D model the redesigns and then V-Ray to render them for the client.Then I prepared material sheets for the client as well.
