About

I have always been a key member in any of the offices, I have worked.

I have always been one of the central person responsible for planning, design and construction projects. I have nearly 29 years of professional experience as well as proven design and leadership abilities. An accomplished facilitator, I am a skilled listener with the ability to identify the needs of his clients and interpret building programs and strategic plans. I have effectively lead teams tasked with systematizing, researching and interpreting codes and guidelines, evaluating project budgets and value engineering studies, developing project schedules and phasing plans and providing technical expertise on building systems.  I have earned a reputation for highly imaginative and sound vernacular solutions and have always recognized the need for a balance of architectural expression, function and economics.

With a diverse cultural background and experience in planning towns, neighborhoods and individual sites in many locations in the United States, Europe, Asia, Africa, South America,  Middle East and Mexico.  I have always been a valuable and respected resource for the clients of the offices or my own personal clients.  My experience with specific building types, including residences, hotel, resort/clubhouses, retail establishments, offices, mix-use complexes, shopping centers, industrial buildings, museums, medical facilities, retirement complexes and other specialized facilities.  I have consistently met the challenge of creating high-quality environments for new towns, urban infill projects and individual sites.
