This is a master plan that I programmed, designed and illustrated while at Delta Engineers & architects, New York but this was through my own contact with Willie Gault, ex-football player and superbowl winner.

 To master plan a 82,000 capacity football stadium and a 25,000 capacity basketball arena for the clippers.

• Incorporating 4 sports museums (football, basketball, baseball and soccer).
• 2 hotels; one 5 star and the other a boutique 4 star hotel with many amenities.
• 2 separate retail centers; one large box with 4 signature restaurants on the roof and the other retail plaza more of a neighborhood style.
• Mix-use housing with single family detached units.
• High-rise apartment housing.
• High-rise condominium housing.
• Neighborhood medical clinic.
• Large water feature with running/bike paths and sports fields.
