Have you seen the parapet wall on the A&A building? Look out below!!! I don't think the Chicago Building Code applies on campus...
Yikes. I guess it's time for a round of tuck pointing!
I assume it's a reinforced masonry wall. The rebar underneath has rusted and is causing the expansion. It needs to be taken down and redone. Is it still like this?
There's (or was) water getting in there.
