This state-of-the-art health club facility constitutes a vibrant nucleus of recreational and social activity. 

The entrance rotunda features a 40’ high ceiling surrounded by equally high windows, curved walls and bold super graphics.   This singular space functions as a welcoming and highly visible beacon to surrounding office and residential uses.    

The project draws from the scale, cadence and material finishes of the adjacent mid- and high-rise contemporary office buildings.  The western façade of the building follows the arc of the street, offering a dynamic 36’ high curved window facing the plaza of a business center.  Cascades of energy efficient glass and metal sunshades, which respond to the movement of the sun, reduce heat gain while creating a dramatically lit interior.  A large mural celebrating the active lifestyle frames the top portion of the glazing on the interior.  This elongated façade offers sweeping views to the west from both levels.

A Signature Level Club, the facility delivers enhanced services and is outfitted with racquetball courts, a 10,000S SF exercise floor, saunas, and acoustically tailored studios.

Through outstanding visioning and execution, the health club has become a new landmark in the Park Place Mixed Use District of Orange County, CA.
