I am pursuing a position comprised of equal parts of some active production/involvement in projects, research for new tech & its implementation, and sharing of this knowledge through hands on training.
■ I am adaptive, patient, persistent, inquisitive, unremitting and forward thinking seeking synergistic solutions.
■ I endeavor to tailor, refine and implement solutions to work with designers at the inception of a construct, continuing through conceptual design, schematic, construction documents, fabrication/construction and contract administration to turnkey; to research an implement better paths to FM models by streamlining the process through COBIE, or more proprietary database methods of transferring or linking to FM and GIS.
■ The next step in eliminating waste and creating a better process is to become a member of an all-inclusive solution; everything needed to create a building in one group working from Inception to turnkey delivery. Part of an employee owned company sharing one vision and one goal: The best building with the least amount of waste, time, and carbon footprint.
■ I plan on completing my IDP within 2 years with licensure in in Florida; California, Colorado and am interested in the UK/Netherlands. I need help in completing my IDP requirements and would require sponsorship overseas.
