I am expanding my Architectural and Technological experience through Virtual Design and Construction. I believe through VDC, Architecture can revive its origins and reunite solid design with construction with a modern twist of cinching up schedules and eliminating waste. I have deep roots in Computer Science, Architecture and Art (3D Visualization) underpinning an integrated vision of Architecture, Construction and technology. My research and understanding of hardware, software, networking, construction and the processes involved makes me a strong candidate for VDC positions or positions looking to refine and complete pathways between VDC and technology for BIM, IPD and cost estimating.

I have worked with point clouds in Revit to create massing models as framework for structure and architecture for a large themed entertainment replication from one location to another, as well as casino projects, Military barracks, VA Hospitals and as of late; adapting Revit for use in production for commercial and single family housing. My tool of Choice is Revit but I am adaptable to linking and integrating other software with C#, VB, VBA, VBS and other programming languages.

Revit for all its strengths and flaws has been my favorite tool for tracking, managing and implementing 2d, 3d, 4d(Phasing) and 5d(Integrated Project Delivery / DESIGN BUILD) information since 2006. I have developed several templates, nested families and means of managing libraries and versions of data for Revit suitable for standardizing large firms over wide area networks.

I am completing my IDP and hope to be licensed in in Florida; California, Colorado or potentially Minnesota. I will need help in continuing education and my IDP requirements, mostly in the client interface areas, and would require sponsorship overseas. I want to be on track for a C-level positions, managing, overseeing and implementing architecturally interrelated technologies to build a more collaborative and integrated world.
