About

Measure, document, train, repeat... As a Data/BIM manager, I provide the tools to align resources, process and services to be their most effective. Through participation in, and review of varying process, the collective's knowledge is used to continually hone process. A managed documentation and support library captures this framework which is used for analytics, production, and continuing education.

My background across Architecture (Construction), Computer Science, Programming, IT, music and Art makes me an ideal candidate for the data management process(BIM/VDC). My experience is enhanced by perspectives from many organizations from one man operations to HKS, Atkins, WATG, and AECOM. Each experience fostered new insights to a wide range of projects and processes.

The best work is generated by employees that are valued, invested in and retained. Ideas must weighed and valued to their application for better process and lessons learned. As these lessons are shared this iterative process can measure the value of an adjustment revealed by consistent data capture and performance metrics. With standardization and communication, any resource can be applied to any project at any time with minimal down time allowing for work load balancing across entire organizations.

My Architectural Project experience ranges from small(residential) to Large(Mall/ hospitality/ Industrial) Including: single/multi-family, commercial, military, US Veterans Administration (104M), healthcare (600M), hospitality(750M), themed projects(1.2B+), Industrial (60M+) and casinos.

Noted Skills: Revit Visualization (2D, 3D, Presentation, VR, etc.), Recap, Standards, Documentation, Training
