Open Sky Living.  Concept study for flex indoor / outdoor living.  Operable roof and window panels open the cantilevered "treehouse" living, dining, kitchen space to the exterior.  The upper level is approximately 1,500 square feet area with a master bedroom, guest bedroom/study, two baths, full kitchen and pantry off of the main living / dining space.  The lower level is approximately 800 square foot area with space for a workshop / garage, storage, half bath, and home theater.

The split level design extends over a carport at the lower level with patio court off of the upper level entry. The swimming pool may be entered directly from the master bedroom or living room.
