Concept study for a "flexible house.  There are two levels designed around an 8x8 hexagonal module. Overall square footage is approximately 2,200 square feet with 1,500 square feet on the lower level.  The upper level is the entry level with a integral car lift to store the vehicle on the lower level garage.  The main living level has the garage, two bedrooms, 1.5 baths, kitchen, pantry, dining, and expandable living space.  Stair access to the upper level for a game room, guest bedroom, full bath, and sitting room.

Large sliding panels open both levels to outdoor patio space off of the main living space and the game room at the upper level roof with indoor/outdoor fireplaces.  Cascading planters flow down the hillside serving as a terraced garden and steps.
