The building was designed in 1987 by Hartman Cox and has a strong, classical architectural style. The lobby and common area finishes are somewhat “tired”. It would be desirable to renovate and upgrade the areas of scope with a respectful acknowledgement of the original design, but execute a strategic approach to integrate artwork, lighting and finishes that will enhance the building for decades to come.
