The STERNIKO store is located in the center of Thessaloniki in Greece. Thessaloniki is the second major economic, industrial, cultural (Thessaloniki was Cultural Capital of Europe in 1997) and political center in Greece and a major transportation hub for the rest of southeastern Europe.

The store had to maintain its history and at the same time show how it evolved through time.

The concept of the design was based on the image of an abandoned industrial space; the conversation between the man-made materials and nature.
