What is the vision of the locals?

In the post-industrial era, with the improvement of local living quality, the original form and functions of waterfront areas need to be redefined and redeveloped. Thus, the project aims to build an eco-city with the original country skin texture, small-scale building blocks, and variety of the waterfront space.

How to achieve the vision?

Following the principles of publicity, miscibility, accessibility, continuity, and diversity, the project aims to preserve the nostalgic village, build lower-density neighborhoods, connect eco-corridors, create plenty of tiny parks, as well as construct a multi-functional central district.
