The goal of this project was to create a comfortable common lounge area on the ground floor of a NYC high rise residential building. This will be the first lounge area in the building.  We chose modern furniture with a bright and colorful pallet to keep the mood in the space young, fresh and playful.  The space features a kitchenette, televisions, and a billiard table for entertainment.  A variety of the same lighting fixtures are proposed for use in the main lobby, creating a common theme throughout the building.
