A repeat client retained PJA after purchasing a loft condo in a 2003 industrial building. Features of the existing space include 14'-0" ceilings, and an open plan with two loft spaces overlooking the main area below. The goal of the renovation was to update the space, which originally had a dated appearance. The scope included replacing 2 interior stairs, remodeling 2 bathrooms as well as the kitchen.
