The project was to design a time fuge between two
ancient buildings. My design started from costume and
explored the characteristics of semitransparent materials
as well as the effect generated after overlapping. Then
I applied this concept to the fuge and rendered the
building get rid of the blocking and dull status and
become permeable. Through the overlapping of various
transparencies, the public section was distinguished from
the private section.
Also, the connection between interior and exterior turned
obscure which can enrich the life as well as motivate the
design thought of costume designers.
