A modern and inviting space for sport, music and culture

The interior design of the recently renovated sports hall in the Primary and Music School Ernsthofen creates a pleasant atmosphere without looking like a classic sports hall. Thanks to the integrated technical stage, the hall is also a space for music and cultural events.

The Poppe*Prehal architects focused on irregular patterns made of shifted rectangles in warm brown tones. They selected the EGGER OSB Combiline as a heavy-duty core material, which complies with the ÖISS guidelines regarding the standards of impact protection walls in sports halls. Through the use of innovative wall and ceiling materials from EGGER a harmonious design has been created.
