180,000 square foot addition to an existing hospital.  The project required connect to an existing mechanical areaway and various mechanical services via a bridge on the second floor.  That aspect of the project required a laser survey which was then converted into a BIM model.  The Hospital featured a central plant in the basement of the six story hospital tower with 600 beds.  The design was focused towards sustainability with various features included in the design.
