This is the visitor's center for Emerald City which will begin construction in late 2016.  This 'gem' of a building will sit on a small lake and will have info and scaled models of the homes and will serve as the tour meeting place for those interested in visiting the model homes. Emerald City's first phases will offer multiple housing options to the people of Papua New Guinea including apartments, townhomes and single family residences.
