The city of Santa Monica is defined by its typical high-end three storied residential complexes and office buildings with the signature landmarks of Santa Monica Pier, the Santa Monica Mall and the park that provides the city with a steady flow of fresh air.  The then newly proposed train station is strategically located in the center of the city. This project is proposed to be an addition to the terminal metro train station, and is a culmination of serviced apartments, cafes and offices. It combines the existing typologies into one cohesive whole.
