Context/Program- rear facing one bedroom apartment in a prewar building on East 57th street upgraded and converted into a pied-a-terre for a film agent from Los Angeles and Brooklyn. 

The renovation took the space back to the raw structure in order to reorganize the rooms while allowing for an open floor plan. All partitioning was created by the cabinetry made from walnut panels with maple trim.
