City Garden Montessori

City Garden was founded in 2007 by a group of local parents and educators to provide a tuition free Montessori based curriculum to the City of St. Louis. In August of 2012 they relocated into this renovated 1940s historic warehouse building in the Botanical Heights neighborhood, allowing the school to 275 students in a facility that is specifically designed to their educational system. The open floor plan and abundant natural light of the existing structure allow for large multi-age classrooms, centered around an interior courtyard, which forms the social core of the school. The building is LEED Registered.
