Zeckendorf Tower Residence

The existing light and views in this apartment were already so spectacular that the real work was to craft an environment to complement these assets. TCA’s scope of work was to liberate the layout so the living room, kitchen, and dining room worked in one logical sequence. The project scope also included the design of a new kitchen and new home office, masking the existing heating and cooling units, and creating shelving and storage space via custom millwork (TCA’s proprietary Carica Furniture System) in the entryway, hallways and dining room. As a result, TCA’s understated design allows for a range of decorating styles to flourish.

The upgraded apartment is airy and clean, and acts in harmony with the dramatic views available through floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room. The additional shelving and storage space now allow the clients to make the space their own, without adding clutter.
