On the competition ‘Federal Office Building Pulverstrasse’, a new zero-energy building for the Federal Swiss Administration in Bern/ Ittigen, Tom Winter Architect cooperated with ARUP (energy concept and HVAC), Schlaich-Bergermann (Structural design) and HM White (landscape architecture).

The building comprises approx. 250,000 sf and features a zero-energy standard which bests the Minergie‐P Standard.
