The new cultural center ‘Bildungshaus‘ in Wolfsburg, Germany provides a powerful space for the city’s innovative cultural framework. The building’s kinetic facade was developed in cooperation with Arup, New York / Berlin. It reflects the surrounding and reacts to changing light and climate conditions with a varying appearance. The ‘Bildungshaus’ is designed to be worldwide one of the first public plus-energy buildingswith electro-mobility.
