Following the internal zone distribution, the spaces were then fed into the main mass at a specified orientation, zoning was con­ducted based on views, orientation, light exposure, and activity in order to arrive at a functional harmony between the differing programs and an added landscape surrounding the building.

The building would then be lifted to maximize on viewpoints, and
introducing multi-directional entry points. As the mass was lift­ed
it was now possible to introduce a uniquely designed landscaping strategy to compliment it.
